Terms of Service

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; to transmit unsolicited commercial communications; to impersonate any person or entity; or to interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Issuance and redemption

Brome gift cards are issued and redeemed through Toast, Inc. Gift cards may be redeemed at any Brome Modern Eatery location for food, beverages, and eligible merchandise. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

No expiration

Brome gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy, inactivity, or service fees.

Lost or stolen cards

Brome is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. We do not replace cards or refund balances in the event of loss or theft.

Refunds

Gift card purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Submission of a catering request, fundraiser application, or franchise application through our Site does not constitute a contract or guarantee of service. All agreements for catering, private events, fundraiser hosting, and franchise opportunities are subject to separate written agreements executed between you and Brome.

All content on this Site — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Brome brand — is the property of Brome Modern Eatery, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our written permission.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Menu items, prices, hours, and location information are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brome Modern Eatery, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
